We take care to keep our guides accurate and up to date. However, government processes change frequently. We cannot guarantee that every step, link, or requirement is current at the time you use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not create accounts for others without their consent.

You agree not to:

NameFlow Plus+ is a one-time payment product. By purchasing, you gain lifetime access to all current Plus+ features.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store payment card information.

Refund policy: We offer a 7-day refund if you are unsatisfied for any reason. Contact support@simplifyai-app.com within 7 days of purchase.

All content, design, and code in NameFlow is owned by NameFlow unless otherwise indicated. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without written permission.

Content you enter (your checklist data, notes) remains yours. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NameFlow is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including delays, missed steps, or legal outcomes resulting from reliance on our guides.

You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be resolved in Australian courts.
